The Kaduna Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has arraigned Sunday Ekele, for criminal breach of trust and misappropriation to the tune of N2,930, 029 (Two Million Nine Hundred and Thirty Thousand, Twenty Nine Naira only).
He was arraigned on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 before Justice Darius Khobo of the Kaduna State High Court, sitting in Kaduna on one-count charge bordering on criminal breach of trust and misappropriation.

The Kaduna Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Monday, November 20, 2023 secured the conviction and sentencing of Jesse Joshua Kassah, (alias Devaun Smith Wayne) to two years imprisonment.
He was jailed by Justice Darius Khobo of the Kaduna State High Court, Kaduna, after pleading guilty to one-count charge bordering on impersonation upon being arraigned by the Kaduna Zonal Command of the EFCC.

The Nigerian Air Force, NAF, personnel released on administrative bail by the Kaduna Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Friday, November 17, 2023 will be charged to court at the conclusion of the ongoing investigation.
The officers were released to their Service in strict adherence to the bail procedures of the Commission.
