A popular contractor in Katsina town, Usman is the Managing Director of Idris Kwado & Sons Limited and Aminu Dikko & Sons Limited. He is an alleged accomplice in the misappropriation of over One Billion Naira SURE-P funds in Katsina State during the tenure of former Governor Ibrahim Shema.

All attempts to reach Usman has proved abortive as he has since gone into hiding. Dark in complexion, Usman is 49 years old and hails from Katsina Local Government Area, Katsina State.
