On October 4, 2016, Etim was convicted on a two count charge of illegal and actually dealing on one hundred and fifteen drums of 200 liters capacity AGO by a Federal High Court in Uyo, Akwa-Ibom State. Prior to his conviction, the defendant had failed to attend several adjournments for judgement, resulting in suspended sentencing until the convict is re-arrested.

The fair-skinned fugitive is 37 years old and 5.5 feet tall. He hails from Ofefun-Orugo town in Iron Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State. Fluent in Ibibio and English languages, Etim’s last known address is No 84, Oron Road, Akwa Ibom State.
