The SERVICOM Unit of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Monday, July 12, 2021 held a one day capacity building training for Detective Assistants and other Security Support staff of the Kaduna Zonal Office

The training was specifically aimed at exposing the officers to best practices in screening and other front desk etiquette for enhanced public interface and service delivery.

In his opening remarks, Suleiman Na'aba who is Head, Counter Terrorism and General Investigation Section of the Zone, advised the participants to pay attention to the lectures to improve their overall conduct in relating with visitors and other members of the public.

The Head of Servicom Desk of the Zone, Zaharadeen Bature also advised the participants to shun acts that could undermine the mandate of the Commission.

Chioma Akueme of the Servicom Unit at Headquarters, Abuja, while delivering her lecture, emphasized the ethics and conduct expected of front-desk and security staff, and charged them to be polite at all times and relate cheerfully with visitors.
