The Sokoto zonal head of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), DCDS Bawa Usman Kaltungu, on Wenesday, December 9, 2020 received an Integrity/Peace award 2020 from the Advocacy for the Empowerment of Nigerian Women, Youths and Children Initiative (AEWI), for his contributions in fighting corruption.

The AEWI president, Hajiya Husaina Adamu, who presented the award during a visit to the Commission's zonal office, Sokoto, Sokoto state commended Kaltungo as well as the Commission for the concerted efforts in the fight against corruption and service to humanity.

Responding, Kaltungo appreciated the organization (AEWI) for considering him worthy for the award,
