The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Abuja Zonal Command on June 26, 2023 secured the conviction one Adegbayi Tunde Yusuf.
He was prosecuted on one count of fraud before Justice A.Y. Shafa of the FCT High Court Gwagwalada-Abuja.

The Maiduguri Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Monday, June 26, 2023, arraigned the duo of Rawa Gana Aisami and Sadiq Bulama Maina before Justice Aisha Kumaliya of the Borno State High Court, Maiduguri on separate charges bordering on criminal breach of trust and misappropriation.
Aisami was docked on a two-count charge bordering on criminal breach of trust to the tune of N1,450,000.00 (One Million, Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira).
Shalipopi's Manager, Three Others Convicted of Internet Fraud in Kaduna

Justice A.A. Isiaka of the Kaduna State High Court, Kaduna today, June 26, 2023, convicted and sentenced one Ajayi AbdulHafeez Ezekiel (aka Kelvin Robert), manager to popular TikTok Musician, Shalipopi, and three others to two years imprisonment each for impersonation and internet fraud.
The offences are contrary to and punishable under Section 142(1) of the Kaduna State Penal Code Law l, 2017.
Court Jails Three For Currency Counterfeiting in Lagos

Justice Nicholas Oweibo of the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos, on Monday, June 26, 2023, convicted and sentenced the trio of Adekunle Akinsinde Alabi, Bakare Taofeek Ajibola and Olawepo Segun Ayinde to two years imprisonment each for currency counterfeiting to the tune of $269.000 USD.
One of the counts reads: “That you, Adekunle Akinsinde Alabi, Bakare Taofeek Ajibola and Olawepo Segun Ayinde, on the 20th January, 2023 in Lagos, within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, had in your possession the sum of $269.000 USD (Two Hundred and Sixty-Nine Thousand United States Dollars) worth of counterfeit currency, contrary to and punishable under Section 5(1)(b) of Counterfeit Currency Special Provisions) Act Cap. C35, Law of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.”
EFCC Charges Corps Members on Active Involvement in Anti-Graft Campaigns

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has called on youths across the country to own the fight against corruption by becoming fully involved through focused mobilization and participation in all anti-graft initiatives of the EFCC.
This call was made on Friday, June 23, 2023 in Abuja when corps members belonging to the EFCC/NYSC Community Development, CDS, Group visited the Headquarters of the Commission in Jabi, Abuja on a Courtesy Visit.
